- First of all, you have to go to the official website of Pakistan Baitul Mal
- There, you have to click on Forms, and then you have to click on a disabled person form
- A form will appear in front of you; you have to download this form
- After downloading the form, you have to take a printout of it
- After taking the print, fill out this form, enter the required information accurately, and then submit it to your nearest Baitul Mal office.
- Once your application is approved, you will receive a confirmation message through 8123.
