Scheme Overview
The Internship Scheme for Agriculture Graduates is set to run for one year during the period of 2024-25. A total of 1,000 paid internships will be offered under this program. These internships are aimed at improving the interns’ understanding of agricultural practices, strengthening their communication with farmers, and enhancing the delivery of agricultural services.

Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for this internship, candidates must meet the following criteria:
- Minimum Qualification: BSc (Hons) in Agriculture
- Age Limit: 18 to 25 years
- Candidates must be residents of the same tehsil where they apply, with preference given to local applicants.
- Must have a smartphone and demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills, along with a good understanding of farming practices.

Interested candidates must submit their applications along with the required documents to the Deputy Director Agriculture (DDA) at the district level. The recruitment process will be supervised by a district-level committee headed by the respective Deputy Commissioner.
