  • The applicant should be a resident of Punjab.
  • A valid National Identity Card is required.
  • The applicant must have a mobile SIM card registered in his name.
  • They should own 5 to 10 male animals (calves).
  • Applicants should not have any outstanding loans with any financial institution.
